The Executive Council of ETOSA is elected by full members at a General Election organised by the Electoral Commission. Council members serve two-year terms and may be re-elected for one additional term. Per the ETOSA Constitution (Article 7), the Council comprises the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, and Organizer.

Executive Officers are elected by full members at a General Election and serve two-year terms. No officer may hold the same position for more than two terms. Elections are held at Congress by simple majority (or secret ballot if requested).
All properties of the association are vested in the Executive Council. The Council may create ad hoc committees from year group representatives. It meets not less than four times a year and reports to the Annual General Congress.
